Questions usually come up between meetings, not during them. If you are mid-project and need a quick answer about files, deadlines or revisions, here is how to reach us and what to expect.
We keep the process simple: one main contact point per project, so you are not repeating context to different people. For anything urgent, a phone call works best.
Best for sharing references, sending files or summarising feedback after a review call.
info@learntgroup.comUseful when a decision is blocking the next step and waiting for email is not an option.

Before you write, check the FAQ page for common questions about timelines, file formats and how revisions work. It often saves a round trip.
Read the FAQHow we work
Every project follows a similar sequence. It keeps expectations realistic and gives you something to react to at each step. Below is the timeline we use for most branding and art direction work.
We start with a conversation about your product, audience, and what success looks like. You share references, examples, and any constraints. From this we write a short creative brief that guides the whole project.
We look at your market, competitors, and visual references. We define a typographic and color direction, and share a moodboard with you. This step makes sure we agree on the overall feel before we move to design.
We move into concrete design: logos, layouts, or art direction. You receive drafts and we collect feedback in a structured way. We usually go through two or three rounds of revisions until the design feels right.
We prepare final files for print, web, or social media. You get a clear folder structure, source files, and a short style guide. We also walk you through the assets so you know what each file is for.
Once your project is live, we stay available for questions. If you need extra formats, small tweaks, or help from your printer, we are just an email away. This period usually lasts two weeks after handoff.
A few clarifications on how we work, what the portfolio includes, and the boundaries of each project. These notes help avoid misunderstandings before we start.
We only present work that went through a real brief, had a defined client, and reached a tangible outcome — printed, published, or live. Experimental or speculative pieces are clearly marked as such, so you always know what you’re looking at.
Each case shows the journey from initial sketches and references to the final typography and color decisions. We include the reasoning behind major choices, not just the polished outcome. This helps you understand the level of thinking involved.
All work shown here is published with the client’s consent. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a specific non-disclosure agreement was signed. If you need an NDA before discussing your idea, just let us know.
We usually include two structured revision rounds per deliverable. Additional changes are scoped separately. Feedback should be consolidated in one document or email — this keeps the process efficient and avoids miscommunication.
Final files are delivered in the format that suits the project: print-ready PDFs, vector sources (AI or EPS), and web-optimized PNGs or JPGs. We also provide a short style guide for brands, so your team can apply the system consistently.
We don’t offer quick logo templates or unattended design services. Every project gets a dedicated art director and a clear timeline. We also avoid industries that conflict with our values — if that’s the case, we’ll tell you upfront.
Typical timeline: most branding projects take 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on the number of touchpoints. Editorial and packaging work may take longer due to print testing. We’ll always give you a realistic schedule before we start.
