Ways to reach the studio

Whether you are midway through a project or just starting to shape an idea, a quick conversation usually clears things up. We keep the lines open during working hours and try to answer within one business day.

For detailed questions about a specific brief, it helps to send a few reference images or a short description of the deliverable. That way the first reply can already point you in a useful direction.

Response times and follow-ups

Most messages get a reply within one business day. If your request involves a detailed estimate or a full creative proposal, expect a first response within two business days. When we are in the middle of a production week, we may take a little longer, but you will always get a confirmation that the message arrived.

Notes from the studio on process and decisions

A few threads worth pulling if you are figuring out how to brief a project, what to expect from an art direction engagement, or how we think about visual systems.

Common questions about working with us

Some things clients usually ask before starting a project. If your question is not here, the contact form is the quickest way to get a direct answer.

How does a typical project start?

With a short conversation about your brand, the context of the work, and what you need to have in hand by the end. We ask about your audience, your timeline, and the formats you actually need, whether that is packaging, social media pieces, printed matter, or a full visual identity. From there we prepare a brief and a rough plan before any design work begins.

What do you need from me to get started?

Not much at first. A few references you like, examples of work you do not like, and honest answers about your budget and deadline. If you have existing logos, photos, or brand guidelines, send them along. If you do not have any of that, it is fine, we are used to building from a blank page.

How do you handle feedback and revisions?

We work in clear stages: concept, development, and final files. After each stage you get a chance to review and comment. We prefer written feedback collected in one place, so nothing gets lost. Most projects include two or three rounds of revisions per stage, which is usually enough when the brief is clear from the start.

Do you work with clients outside your city?

Yes. Most of our work is managed remotely through video calls, shared documents, and regular email updates. Printed materials and photography sessions obviously need a physical location, but for digital projects and brand systems, distance is rarely a problem. We have collaborated with clients in different time zones without issues.

What files do I receive at the end?

You get the final files in the formats you need: print-ready PDFs, editable source files, web-optimized images, and a short style guide if we built a visual identity. We also include a simple folder structure so your team can find what they need later without asking us. Source files are always yours once the project is paid in full.

How long does a branding project take?

A focused identity project usually takes three to five weeks from the first conversation to final files. Larger systems with packaging, signage, or multiple campaign pieces can take longer. We give you a realistic schedule before we start, and we stick to it unless you change the scope along the way.
